What forms of training do I offer?


I offer both group and individual training.
The orientation depends on your wishes and goals.
Weight loss, mobility, general fitness or muscle building can be possible priorities.
My training background is very broad and ranges from classical strength and conditioning training to functional training, from working with dumbbells to training with self-weight.

Is a personal trainer something for me?

There are several reasons to book a personal trainer:
On the one hand, everyone needs a motivational help from time to time when training and achieving their goals. In it I see one of my main tasks. I'm here for you to achieve what you want, to defeat your inner bastard and not to lose sight of the fun.
Also a correct training instruction is important.
Maybe you do not know how to get fitter, stronger or leaner, or need new impulses and training methods to make progress.
I am there for that, too. For training success,
there is nothing better than when someone takes time for you, instructs you correctly and continuously tunes the training to your development.

What is the training structure?


As already mentioned, the training is designed individually for you and your needs, but there is a basic structure that I follow because it has proven itself in practice.

Workouts begin with warming up to prepare the body for the upcoming movements and strains. This is followed by stretching and a technique section, working on the flexibility and going through motion sequences.
Then comes the actual workout, which can be designed very differently. And finally, there is a cool down.
