“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” ― Benjamin Franklin
How do you prepare for next year, month, day? Nowadays everybody rushes, chaos dominates most of the time, people are stressed early in the morning, if the bus doesn't comes on time, if there is a plug on the highway or no milk beside the coffee.
For me, preparation is very helpful in every aspect of life. I plan in advance all the steps for which, of course I need to know what I want to achieve, why it is important to me, and so I practice discipline when I follow these steps.
As you read the previous sentence, you surely think that you cannot plan everything. You're right! You can't see the next day, next week, month or year what will happen to you. The fact that everything is planned has one another advantage, unfortunately not so well known by people, which is that there is a direction you go.
So, when things do not develop as you have planned, you will not lose sight of the goal
and you are looking for a solution to reach it. You are not focusing on what you have failed but on what you have learned and how you can use it.
When you are planning, you are not just planning to go without any difficulties, but also what happens if things doesn't go as you planned.
Your Coach,
Lajos
